MANILA – The drive of Filipino Homes did not stop after the monthly awarding ceremony; rather, it took an additional step by organizing a leaders’ meeting at its Manila office on April 13, 2026. It is at this meeting that the top executives of the company met with the branch managers and senior agents to decide the future course of action.
The closed-door meeting was held after the morning award ceremony where certificates of appreciation were presented to the best-performing agents and brokers. According to insiders from the organization, the leadership meeting was geared toward improving efficiency, developing agents, and realizing the strategic goal of establishing 150 office nationwide.
The participants analyzed the performance measures in Q1 2026 and made detailed action plans for Q2 2026. The discussion touched on many critical areas, ranging from attempts at improving the support systems for brokers and agents to methods of increasing the use of Filipino Homes' multi-listing system, and finally cooperation with developers like WeeComm and Cebu Landmasters Inc.
There was also talk about future training programs, which included new agent orientation as well as product knowledge seminars in accordance with the company’s dedication to professional growth and development. Considering that the company boasts of more than 35,000 members, maintaining uniform standards throughout the network is crucial.
The meeting for the Manila leaders was one of the many events conducted on the same day by Filipino Homes across the country. The same office conducted an awards ceremony earlier in the day on the same date. In this way, the organization highlighted its concern for recognizing achievement in the present and planning for the future.
