Filipino Homes held a brokerage meeting in Dumaguete City on April 11, 2026, as part of its ongoing expansion in Negros Oriental. The session follows the CEO’s recent visit and the planned opening of a Team Tigers Eye office.
DUMAGUETE CITY – On April 11, 2026, Filipino Homes conducted a brokerage meeting in Dumaguete City, bringing together local real estate professionals under the network’s expanding presence in Negros Oriental.
The meeting comes just two days after a well‑attended beginner seminar led by Filipino Homes founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, and follows his recent site inspection and strategic discussions with Team Tigers Eye, the group that will operate the company’s forthcoming Dumaguete office.
Although the specifics of the discussion were not made public, some of the topics that are usually discussed during such meetings include coordination in order to ensure effective daily operations, improved support for the agents in order to improve efficiency and services, and strict adherence to the policies of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage. Another topic that might have been discussed was integration into Filipino Homes' multi-listing portal system to ensure maximum coverage throughout the nation. Furthermore, the meeting may have included discussions regarding the schedule for opening the office, as well as ways of making the most out of the growing reputation of Dumaguete as the safest city in the Philippines for 2026.
The brokerage meeting in Dumaguete is part of an already tight agenda planned by Filipino Homes on April 11. On that very same day, Filipino Homes had other meetings as well; these included manager briefings in Iloilo, orientation meetings for new recruits in Manila and Cagayan de Oro, and even a planning session in Bago City. Altogether, all these meetings point towards Filipino Homes' determined attempt to reach a total of 150 branches nationwide.
As of April 12, no further details about the brokerage meeting’s outcomes have been released. However, industry observers view the gathering as another step toward strengthening Filipino Homes’ foothold in Negros Oriental, where demand for affordable housing and retirement properties continues to rise.
