Team Direct's brokers and its agents signed contracts with Filipinohomes on April 21, 2026, at the company’s Manila office. The signing grants the team access to the network’s national property database and support systems as Filipinohomes continues its nationwide push toward 150 branches.
MANILA – Filipinohomes, the country’s largest comprehensive real estate solutions portal, added another group to its growing roster with a contract signing for Team Direct's brokers and agents on April 21, 2026, held at the company’s Manila office.
The signing formalized the affiliation of the brokerage team and its agents, granting them access to the network’s national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems. Team Direct's brokers and agents becomes the latest group to join the Filipinohomes network in Metro Manila as the company continues to expand its presence across key growth areas.
Metro Manila as a strategic hub
Filipinohomes has long maintained a physical presence in the capital region. The company’s Manila office is a central location that serves as a base for real estate professionals serving Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The network also operates numerous franchise and satellite offices nationwide, providing localized expertise while upholding unified national standards.
The contract signing comes as Metro Manila’s real estate market enters a period of renewed activity in 2026, with developers offering more flexible payment terms and ready‑for‑occupancy homes to attract mid‑income buyers. The capital region remains the country’s largest real estate market, driving demand for skilled, well‑trained agents who can navigate its complex landscape.
The Manila signing is one of several contract events conducted by Filipinohomes on April 21. Earlier that day, the network held a Pueblo de Oro product knowledge seminar in Cagayan de Oro, a Team A Peridot contract signing in Dauis, Bohol, an Iloilo contract signing, and an LR Team Alliance Palawan unit managers contract signing in Puerto Princesa. The simultaneous activities reflect Filipinohomes’ aggressive nationwide expansion as it pushes toward its goal of 150 branches.
The network currently operates over 35,000 agents nationwide, supported by a multi‑listing platform, hundreds of trainers, and a growing roster of developer partners. For Team Direct's brokers and its agents, the contract signing marks the formal start of their journey within the Filipinohomes ecosystem.
With the signing completed, Team Direct will undergo onboarding, including training on the network’s systems and integration with developer partners. The team will gain full access to Filipinohomes’ national property database, enabling them to serve clients across Metro Manila more effectively.
For Filipinohomes, the addition of Team Direct reinforces its commitment to building a strong, connected real estate community in the country’s capital as it continues to expand its nationwide footprint.
