Filipinohomes Bohol agents trained on MyCollex projects on September 15, deepening expertise on 4PH housing as the province's property market surges.
DAUIS, Bohol — Filipinohomes agents gathered at the MyCollex Properties Inc. sales office in Biking, Dauis, on September 15, 2026, for a product knowledge seminar. The training deepened their expertise on the developer's expanding residential portfolio as it advances housing initiatives in Bohol and Cebu.
A Strategic Focus on Affordable Housing
The session provided agents with a comprehensive overview of MyCollex's active projects, unit specifications, and financing options. The Cebu-based developer is accelerating its participation in the national Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program, creating new opportunities for first-time buyers and overseas Filipino workers.
MyCollex Holdings Corporation specializes in townhouses and detached houses, with recent developments in Toledo City and Tuburan. Its commitment to quality, affordable housing has positioned the developer as a key partner in addressing Central Visayas' housing backlog. Agents learned how to match buyers with the right units.
MyCollex Westhomes and the Mycah Unit
MyCollex Westhomes, a 2.9-hectare community in Barangay Poog, Toledo City. The project comprises 185 to 225 units of two-storey townhouses and single-detached homes. Launched in 2024, it serves growing families and OFWs.
The Mycah unit emerged as a focal point for first-time buyers. It features two bedrooms, one toilet and bath, and a combined living and dining area. With a 50-square-meter lot and 64-square-meter floor area, it offers a compact yet comfortable layout.
Agents reviewed the project's inclusion in the 4PH Program, which makes it accessible to income-qualified families. Pag-IBIG's subsidized 3-percent interest rate was also discussed, along with documentary requirements and processing timelines.
Bohol's Booming Property Market
The training unfolded against a backdrop of sustained growth in Bohol's real estate sector. The province benefits from the ₱4.53-billion Bohol-Panglao International Airport upgrade, which will expand capacity to 3.9 million passengers annually by 2030. A confirmed SM mall in Tagbilaran City promises new jobs and commercial activity.
Major developers are deepening their presence. Cebu Landmasters Inc. recently announced a 5.6-hectare residential development in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City, its third project in the province. Its Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao has reached a 98-percent sell-through rate, signaling strong demand.
Building on a Series of Trainings
The September 15 seminar follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in Bohol. On September 12, a New Agents Orientation welcomed fresh recruits. On September 11, agents attended a Cebu Landmasters product knowledge seminar in Panglao. On September 3, a Rent Managers Meeting reinforced professional standards.
These back-to-back events reflect Filipinohomes' sustained investment in agent development. A well-trained sales force is essential to capturing opportunities in one of the country's fastest-growing property markets. The network continues to equip its Bohol team with the knowledge to serve buyers confidently.
