Filipinohomes agents completed PHirst Salesmanship Training on September 23, 2026, mastering the Salesprudence framework to better serve first-time homebuyers through empathy and buyer psychology.
BACOLOD CITY — Filipinohomes agents deepened their sales expertise on September 23, 2026, through a specialized PHirst Salesmanship Training conducted by PHirst Park Homes. The session spotlighted Salesprudence, a neuro-informed sales and leadership framework designed to elevate how agents connect with buyers.
A Framework Built on Buyer Psychology
Salesprudence was created by Alejandro Entredicho Jr., Head of Sales Talent Acquisition and Development at PHirst Park Homes. The methodology combines neuroscience principles with practical sales techniques. It emphasizes self-awareness, buyer psychology, and adaptive communication.
Agents learned to recognize different buyer profiles, from the analytical and cautious to the emotional and impulsive. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all pitch, they practiced tailoring their approach to each client. Entredicho is a Certified Professional Sales Leader and a Professional Neuroplastician, allowing him to integrate brain science into sales coaching.
Inside the Training Session
The September 23 session equipped agents with tools they could apply immediately. Participants explored the psychology of first-time homebuyers, a segment that forms the core of PHirst Park Homes' market. They learned to build trust quickly and address unspoken fears about affordability.
A significant portion of the training focused on objection handling through empathy. Instead of viewing buyer hesitation as rejection, agents were taught to treat it as an opportunity for deeper discovery. By asking the right questions and listening actively, they can uncover true barriers and address them with tailored solutions.
The session also covered the emotional journey of a first-time buyer, from initial curiosity to reservation and turnover. Agents learned to guide clients through each stage with consistent communication and genuine care, turning a transactional sale into a long-term relationship.
PHirst Park Homes' Expanding Footprint
The training comes at a pivotal time for the developer. PHirst Park Homes Bacolod, a 16.3-hectare community in Barangay Estefania, is set to deliver nearly 1,500 homes, with Phase 1A units already turned over. The project features the Amani Mid townhouse model and amenities including a Prime Hub clubhouse.
Nationwide, PHirst Park Homes operates 33 active projects across 10 provinces, including Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Bacolod. The brand is targeting 10 new launches in 2026, including its Mindanao debut with PHirst Park Homes GenSan. The developer was recently recognized as Affordable Housing Developer of the Year for both the Philippines and Asia at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2026.
Building on Recent Collaboration
The September 23 training follows a series of engagements between Filipinohomes and PHirst Park Homes. On September 21, the two organizations held a meeting to align sales strategies and review the OwnTheDream campaign, which offers cash subsidies ranging from P980,000 to P4,400,000.
On September 19, Filipinohomes hosted an exclusive open house at PHirst Park Homes Bacolod, giving agents and buyers a firsthand look at the community. In July, unit managers met with PHirst representatives to align sales strategies for the developer's affordable housing pipeline.
Equipping Agents for Affordable Housing Success
For the agents who completed the training, the session provided more than sales techniques. It offered a mindset shift. By understanding the neuroscience behind buyer behavior and mastering empathetic selling, participants are better equipped to guide budget-conscious families toward quality homes.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward 150 branches nationwide, events like the PHirst Salesmanship Training ensure its agents remain aligned with key developer partners. The skills gained will help them serve one of the country's most important markets: the first-time homebuyer.
