Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) conducted a Train the Trainers and product knowledge seminar for Filipinohomes agents and brokers at the network’s Palawan office on May 6, 2026. The session came as CLI expands its ₱3.8‑billion Casa Mira Towers Palawan and as Palawan advances a new international airport and Busuanga gateway.
PUERTO PRINCESA CITY – A Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) representative led a Train the Trainers and product knowledge seminar at the Filipinohomes Palawan office on May 6, 2026. The morning session equipped local team leaders and senior agents with in‑depth information on CLI’s growing residential pipeline, preparing them to train junior recruits and provide accurate guidance to homebuyers.
Participants received an overview of project specifications, financing packages, and buyer qualification processes for CLI’s economic to mid‑market developments. The seminar also covered how to use Filipinohomes’ national multi‑listing platform to match clients with CLI’s portfolio. The session aligned with CLI’s strategy of working with large real estate networks like Filipinohomes to expand its market reach in provincial growth centers.
CLI deepens Palawan footprint
CLI, a leading VisMin developer, continues to ramp up its presence in Puerto Princesa. Its maiden project in the province, Casa Mira Towers Palawan, is a ₱3.8‑billion, seven‑tower development in Barangay San Pedro, just minutes from the airport and city center. Sixty percent of the 2.09‑hectare property is dedicated to open space, featuring a clubhouse, pools, gym, chapel, roof gardens, a sky lounge, and an EV charging station – a rare offering in its segment. The project offers studio and one‑bedroom units ranging from 20 to 32 square meters, with select units featuring balconies and scenic views of Palawan’s landscape. CLI recently broke ground on Tower 5 and announced two additional towers, adding 567 more units to meet strong demand from homebuyers and investors.
The training day coincided with major infrastructure milestones that are reshaping Palawan’s accessibility. The Department of Transportation and Communications has awarded an $82.9‑million contract to a Korean consortium, Kumho Industrial Co Ltd‑GS Engineering & Construction Joint Venture, for the design and construction of a world‑class international airport in Puerto Princesa. The project, to be pursued under an engineering, procurement, and construction contract, is expected to raise the city’s profile as a gateway for international visitors.
In northern Palawan, the DOTr is fast‑tracking the Busuanga Airport upgrade. The runway will expand from 1,200 meters to 2,100 meters (with a future provision for 2,400 meters) by December 2026. A new state‑of‑the‑art passenger terminal building is scheduled for completion by May 2027, increasing passenger capacity from 200 to 1,000 and introducing full air‑conditioning. These upgrades will allow larger jets to land, increase competition, and potentially lower fares, making Palawan more accessible to both domestic and international travelers.
Megaworld Corp. is pioneering the country’s first WELL‑registered residential property, Santé Residences Palawan, a 14‑story condominium in San Vicente, expected to generate around ₱6.5 billion in sales. The 460‑unit development features angled balcony pods for scenic views, a wireless smart home system, a Halotherapy Center, a hydro‑kinetics pool, and a Santé Botanique Garden. Megaworld is also constructing the 11‑story Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel, adding 617 hotel rooms to support the tourism sector.
For Filipinohomes agents, the CLI seminar came just days after the network’s 141st franchise office opening in Koronadal City and ahead of a busy May schedule across the Visayas. The product knowledge training ensures that local leaders can cascade accurate information on CLI’s projects to their teams, improving buyer advisement and streamlining the sales process.
With nearly 20,000 vertical and horizontal housing units across CLI’s 18‑project Casa Mira brand, and major gateway upgrades now underway, Palawan’s real estate market offers multiple entry points for first‑time buyers and investors. The May 6 session positioned Filipinohomes agents to help meet rising demand for quality housing in the province, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
