Filipinohomes Salesperson, and Brokers Get First-Hand Feel of WeeComm’s Student-Focused Condo at Newtowne Dasmariñas Site Tour on May 8
Updated May 9, 2026

A delegation of Filipinohomes agents and brokers toured Newtowne Dasmariñas on May 8, 2026, the seven-tower pre-selling condominium by WeeComm. The site visit sharpened their marketing pitch for a project priced from ₱10,000 to ₱20,000 a month—units designed for DLSU‑Dasmariñas students, hospital staff, and Cavite’s growing number of young professionals.
DASMARIÑAS, Cavite – Filipinohomes fielded a team of agents and brokers to Newtowne Dasmariñas on May 8 for an on‑ground immersion at Wee Community Developers Inc.’s (WeeComm) newest pre‑selling condominium project. The site tour gave participants a close look at the seven‑tower development along Anabu Road in Barangay Burol, a five‑minute drive from the Dasmariñas campus of De La Salle University (DLSU‑D).
Agents walked through sample floor layouts – 22‑sqm studio units priced at roughly ₱3.41 million and 36.24‑sqm one‑bedroom units with balcony priced at about ₱6.22 million – and reviewed projected monthly amortisation scenarios ranging from ₱10,000 to ₱20,000. WeeComm’s team also presented the development’s parking ratio (approximately 1:1), amenity deck features, and the project’s target completion date, information that will help agents answer buyer questions on the spot.
WeeComm’s largest student‑centric housing bet
WeeComm, a developer known for its “Beyond Ordinary” mantra and ranked as Filipinohomes’ largest partner in Cavite, has designed Newtowne Dasmariñas specifically for the captive market around DLSU‑D and the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI). Each of the seven residential towers sits on a 1.48‑hectare property and is equipped with round‑the‑clock security, a swimming pool, fitness gym, basketball court, function room, roof deck, retail spaces and basement parking – amenities that serve both full‑time residents and short‑term renters.
A unique feature of the project is a formal housing partnership with DLSMHSI that grants employees special discounted rates for selected units. The collaboration, which started with a site visit to WeeComm’s Harbour Park Residences in Mandaluyong in mid‑2025, has already drawn strong interest from medical and administrative staff who want to live within walking distance of the hospital campus. The arrangement is one of the first of its kind in the province and a selling point that agents stressed during the tour.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Cavite
The Newtowne Dasmariñas visit is the latest in a string of Filipinohomes events across Cavite this month. On May 1, founder and CEO Anthony Leuterio led a New Agents’ Orientation at Isla Events Center in Imus, joined by Havitas Properties chairman Alejandro Mañalac, drawing dozens of aspiring agents. On April 30, Filipinohomes participated in the 6th National WeeComm Awards at Solaire North, where Leuterio Realty and Brokerage was honoured for its sales performance. The network also recently inaugurated its 141st office in Koronadal City, though its Cavite footprint continues to grow through site tours and product‑knowledge sessions such as this one.
Why Cavite is a 2026 real estate magnet
Cavite’s property market is being lifted by major infrastructure milestones that directly benefit municipalities like Dasmariñas. On May 4, President Marcos inaugurated the 7.88‑kilometre CALAX Subsection 3 extending to the Governor’s Drive Interchange in General Trias, a project expected to boost economic activity and improve travel across the province. Just weeks earlier, on March 30, the final segment of the Manila‑Cavite Toll Expressway (MCTE) C5 Link opened, cutting travel time between Cavite and Taguig from two hours to 15 minutes – a game‑changer for professionals considering homes in Dasmariñas while working in the metro.
Public healthcare access is also set to improve. The President announced the groundbreaking later in May of a new 200‑bed Philippine General Hospital branch in Carmona, Cavite, which will serve residents of Dasmariñas and neighbouring towns. On the transit front, the LRT‑1 Cavite Extension – already partially operational – continues to move toward full completion; once finished, travel from Pasay to Bacoor will drop to just 25 minutes, further integrating Cavite’s southern municipalities into the capital region’s daily commute.
Locally, Dasmariñas continues to attract student tenants and first‑time homeowners. Rental demand near DLSU‑D and DLSMHSI remains strong, driving interest in budget‑friendly studio and one‑bedroom units that can be leased to undergraduate students, medical interns and young hospital staff. Brokers on the tour noted that a studio unit priced at ₱10,000 monthly amortisation could be rented out for a similar amount, making it an accessible entry point for small investors.
What the site tour accomplished
For the agents and brokers who participated, the May 8 tour turned digital floor plans into tangible spaces. They were able to visualise the proximity of the seven towers to Anabu Road’s commercial strip, measure drive times to DLSU‑D and the hospital, and study the quality of finishes – details that are hard to convey convincingly without seeing the actual construction site.
The knowledge gathered during the site visit will be cascaded to colleagues who could not attend, ensuring the network’s Cavite sales force can speak about Newtowne Dasmariñas with the same confidence regardless of whether they have stepped on the property. With the pre‑selling project now actively marketed and Cavite’s infrastructure pipeline expanding, the tour is expected to translate into faster reservation bookings and clearer guidance for first‑time condo buyers in the university belt of Dasmariñas.
