Filipinohomes signed a contract with Team A in Dumaguete on April 21, 2026, adding another group to its growing network in Negros Oriental. The signing follows recent brokerage training, product knowledge seminars, and a beginner real estate session, as the city’s property market continues to gain momentum.
DUMAGUETE CITY – Filipinohomes, the country’s largest real estate network, formalized its partnership with Team A through a contract signing on April 21, 2026, reinforcing its growing presence in Negros Oriental.
The signing, held at the Filipinohomes office in Dumaguete, brings Team A into the network’s fold, giving the group access to the company’s national property database, developer partners, and support systems for agents and brokers. The event followed a series of training sessions and brokerage meetings conducted by Filipinohomes in the city over the past two weeks.
Building on recent momentum
The contract signing with Team A is the latest in a string of Filipinohomes activities in Dumaguete. On April 11, the network held a brokerage meeting at its local office, bringing together real estate professionals to align on operational standards and client service protocols. On April 18, Filipinohomes conducted a brokerage training led by CEO Anthony Leuterio, where agents reviewed core policies and practiced articulating the network’s unique value proposition. A product knowledge seminar on BE Residences was also held on April 18, equipping agents with expertise on a developer known for its resort‑inspired communities.
Earlier in the month, Filipinohomes founder Anthony Leuterio visited Dumaguete for site inspections and strategic discussions with Team Tigers Eye, which subsequently opened the network’s 140th franchise office in Tanjay City.
Why Dumaguete remains a priority
The flurry of activity comes as Dumaguete’s real estate market gains momentum. The city was recently named the #1 Safest City to Visit in the Philippines for 2026 by the World Travel Index, with a safety rating of 82.28 percent. The accolade has boosted investor confidence and attracted interest from both local and international buyers.
Property prices in Negros Island are expected to rise by 4 to 7 percent over 2026, with condominiums seeing higher appreciation at 6 to 9 percent. Dumaguete’s walkable urban core and strong expat demand have made it a competitive market, with condominium prices commanding roughly 45 percent higher rates than house‑and‑lot properties in Bacolod.
Expanding the network in Negros Oriental
With the addition of Team A, Filipinohomes continues to build its presence across Negros Oriental. The network now has multiple active teams in the province, including Team Tigers Eye, which opened the 140th franchise office in Tanjay City, and Team Royalties, which has been active in recruitment and training.
For Filipinohomes, the contract signing with Team A is another step toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide. The network currently operates over 35,000 agents across the country and has been aggressively expanding in key provincial growth centers, from Luzon to Mindanao.
