Leuterio Realty & Brokerage conducted a direct contract signing session on April 20, 2026, at the Filipinohomes Bohol office. Agents and brokers formalized their partnerships with the network, reinforcing Filipino Homes’ presence in Bohol following the recent opening of its 137th franchise office in Panglao.
BOHOL – Leuterio Realty & Brokerage held a direct contract signing session on the afternoon of April 20, 2026, at the Filipinohomes Bohol office, with agents and brokers formalizing their affiliation with the growing real estate network.
The signing, which began at 2:00 PM, covered new and renewed contracts for licensed real estate professionals operating in Bohol. Participants included both experienced brokers and newly accredited agents who have recently completed the network’s training programs.
Strengthening the network in Bohol
Bohol has become a key growth area for Filipino Homes. The network recently opened its 137th franchise office in Panglao, located in Dao, Dauis, under the leadership of Real Estate Broker Shiela Avergonzado. That office was positioned to tap into Bohol’s rising housing demand driven by tourism growth and the national government’s affordable housing push.
The contract signing at the Bohol office reinforces the network’s commitment to building a strong, professionally accredited sales force on the island. Leuterio Realty, founded in 2008, operates a network of licensed sales agents and brokers across the country, all equipped with training, tools, and ethical standards.
The Bohol session followed a morning contract signing held at the Filipinohomes Cebu main office, where CEO Anthony Leuterio personally met with agents and brokers. The simultaneous signings in Cebu and Bohol on April 20 reflect the network’s aggressive expansion as it pushes toward 150 branches nationwide.
Bohol’s real estate market continues to benefit from strong tourism and infrastructure development. The PHP4.5‑billion upgrade of the Bohol‑Panglao International Airport is underway, and the Tagbilaran‑Panglao offshore bridge is moving forward with French government financing. These projects have fueled demand for residential and commercial properties, creating opportunities for accredited real estate professionals.
Agents who signed on April 20 will now receive full accreditation, including access to Filipino Homes’ national property database, developer partners such as WeeComm and BE Residences, and ongoing mentorship. For the new recruits in Bohol, the contract signing marks the official start of their real estate careers.
