CEBU CITY – Leuterio Realty & Brokerage conducted a direct contract signing session on the morning of April 20, 2026, at the Cebu main office, with founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio personally meeting with agents and brokers to formalize their partnership with the network.
The signing, which began at 9:30 AM, covered new and renewed contracts for licensed real estate professionals affiliated with Leuterio Realty and Filipinohomes. Participants included both seasoned brokers and newly accredited agents who completed the network’s recent training programs.
Expanding the network in Cebu
Cebu remains a strategic hub for Filipino Homes and Leuterio Realty. The network is headquartered in the city, and the Cebu main office serves as the operational center for nationwide expansion efforts. The contract signing reinforces the network’s commitment to building a strong, professionally accredited sales force as it pushes toward 150 branches nationwide.
Leuterio Realty, founded in 2008, has grown into one of the country’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage brands. It operates a network of licensed sales agents and brokers across the archipelago, all equipped with training, tools, and ethical standards aligned with the three pillars of real estate agency: determining the best value for client investments, advising on property pros and cons, and ensuring smooth acquisition and transfer of property.
The direct contract signing is a standard but significant step in the network’s onboarding and retention process. It formally establishes the working relationship between the brokerage and its agents, covering terms of engagement, commission structures, and access to Filipino Homes’ national property database.
Agents who signed on April 20 will now receive full accreditation, including access to the network’s multi‑listing platform, developer partners such as WeeComm and Taft Properties, and ongoing mentorship from experienced brokers.
Cebu’s real estate market continues to demonstrate strong momentum in 2026. Residential lot prices in Metro Cebu have risen by an average of 7 percent annually from 2016 to 2025, with some projects posting compound annual growth rates of 8 percent to 27 percent. The city’s office vacancy rate fell to 11 percent in 2025, driven by strong leasing activity in key areas such as IT Park. Cebu is also projected to capture a bigger share of national expansion as companies diversify outside Metro Manila.
For Leuterio Realty and Filipino Homes, the contract signing on April 20 represents not just paperwork, but a concrete step toward strengthening their presence in the country’s second economic powerhouse.
