Team leaders Antonette Mary Lasala and Michael Lasala conducted a contract signing with their agents and brokers at the BexPositive Office in General Santos City on April 21, 2026. The event follows the CEO’s arrival and a leaders’ dinner meeting, reinforcing Filipinohomes’ Mindanao expansion.
GENERAL SANTOS CITY – Team leaders Antonette Mary Lasala, REB, and Michael Lasala led a contract signing event at the BexPositive Office in General Santos City on April 21, 2026, formalizing the affiliation of their agents and brokers under the Filipinohomes network.
The signing, which ran from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, granted the newly signed agents and brokers access to Filipinohomes’ national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems. The event underscores the growing presence of Filipinohomes in General Santos City, a rapidly emerging real estate hub in Mindanao.
Why General Santos City Is a 2026 Real Estate Hub
The contract signing comes as Gensan’s real estate market gains momentum. Century Properties Group’s first-home brand, PHirst, is making its Mindanao debut with PHirst Park Homes Gen San, a ₱5.3‑billion, 23.7‑hectare community in Barangay Baluan. The project will deliver more than 2,400 residential units, featuring the Amani (36 sqm) and Dua (48 sqm) house models, with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and WiFi node. PHirst President Ricky Celis described the move as a reflection of the region’s strong fundamentals, citing “available land, improving infrastructure, and industries that continue to generate jobs and entrepreneurship.”
The national government is also expanding its Expanded 4PH Program in the city. The Deca Homes Gensan 2 project in Barangay Apopong will offer 7,430 house‑and‑lot units under Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized loan program, with the first batch ready for turnover in March 2026. DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said the project demonstrates that the 4PH initiative is “not limited to urban centers in Luzon” and is delivering dignified housing to families across the country.
The BexPositive contract signing is part of Filipinohomes’ aggressive expansion across Mindanao. The network, which recently opened its 139th franchise office in Cagayan de Oro and its 140th office in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, continues to attract top real estate professionals in key growth areas.
The event follows two major Filipinohomes milestones in Gensan. On April 21, CEO Anthony Leuterio arrived in the city for a strategic visit and was warmly welcomed by the local team. Later that evening, he convened a leaders meeting over dinner at Horizon Suites, bringing together the network’s key unit managers and top agents in the Soccsksargen region to discuss expansion targets and align strategies.
With the contract signing, the BexPositive team gains full access to Filipinohomes’ national property database and developer partnerships, strengthening the network’s ability to serve the rising demand for affordable and mid‑range housing in General Santos City. The BexPositive Office now serves as a strategic hub for the network’s operations in Soccsksargen.
General Santos City recorded ₱376 million in business permit renewal revenues in early 2026, reflecting robust local economic activity. A ₱2.3‑billion redevelopment of the Central Public Market into a modern, solar‑powered “Palengke Heneral” complex is also underway through a public‑private partnership with Robinsons Land Corp. These factors, combined with the influx of major developers, make the city a prime market for real estate professionals.
For the BexPositive team and Filipinohomes, the April 21 contract signing marks a key step in turning General Santos City into a real estate powerhouse in Mindanao.
