Newtowne Dasmariñas takes center stage as Filipino Homes holds WeeComm product knowledge seminar

MANILA – Filipino Homes brokers and agents in Metro Manila gathered on April 11, 2026, for a product knowledge seminar (PKS) featuring Wee Community Developers Inc. (WeeComm), one of the network’s largest developer partners, with the spotlight on the upcoming Newtowne Dasmariñas condominium project in Cavite.

WeeComm is Filipino Homes’ second-biggest developer in terms of sales, ranking next to listed property firm Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI). The company was recognized during the opening of a national convention organized by Filipino Homes, the largest real estate network in the Philippines.

The seminar revolved around Newtowne Dasmariñas, which is a pre-sold condominium project located along Anabu Road in Barangay Burol, Dasmariñas, Cavite. This project offers an excellent investment option in the “University Capital” of Cavite. It is located near De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) and De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI).
