BACOLOD CITY – Team VIP, one of the active units under the Filipinohomes network, held its quarterly awarding and meeting at the Leuterio Realty & Brokerage Bacolod Main Office on April 22, 2026. The gathering recognized top-performing agents and brokers while aligning strategies for the months ahead.

The event, which also served as a team huddle, allowed unit leaders to review first‑quarter sales performance, share best practices, and set fresh targets for the second quarter of the year. Certificates and incentive awards were distributed to members who excelled in client acquisition, deal closures, and team leadership.

The Team VIP quarterly awarding is the latest in a series of Filipinohomes activities in Bacolod this April. The network held a starter kit training for new agents at the Leuterio Realty & Brokerage Main Office on April 20, led by Andrea “Boss Sugar” Mesias Valdez, followed by a Team LR Direct contract signing on April 21.

Affordable housing is also expanding. The National Housing Authority turned over the first 104 units of MassKara Village in Barangay Sum‑ag on March 24, 2026, a 7.3‑hectare socialized housing development with 500 two‑storey duplex units designed for government employees and overseas Filipino workers, available through Pag‑IBIG financing with monthly amortizations as low as ₱15,000.
