Rent.ph Masterclass 2026 stopped in Manila on June 11, training rental managers in dynamic pricing, tenant relations, and portfolio scaling with insights from the platform's top performers.
MANILA — One day after a successful Palawan kick-off, the Rent.ph Masterclass 2026 arrived in the capital on June 11, 2026, filling a function room at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia. Rental managers, property owners, and real estate professionals from across Luzon gathered to sharpen their skills and connect with the platform's leadership. The event aimed to turn participants into rental champions.
Founder Anthony Leuterio and Chief Operating Officer May Leuterio led the afternoon program. They were joined by 2025 Top 2 Rent Managers Elaine and Jeffrey Sanchez, who shared their proven strategies for optimizing occupancy, managing tenant relations, and maximizing owner returns. Product Manager Robert Laurente, Agents Relationship Officer April Quiamco, and Administrator Jirech Estose completed the speaker roster.
Data-Driven Strategies for a Changing Market
The masterclass moved beyond basic listing tips. Participants worked through real Manila rental data, tackling dynamic pricing for peak seasons and crafting listings that convert high-intent tenants. The core message was clear: professional property management separates an empty unit from a cash-flowing investment. The Sanchez couple detailed how consistent guest communication and proactive maintenance fueled their rise to the top.
A lively Q&A followed, with attendees asking practical questions about handling difficult tenants, managing properties remotely, and scaling a rental portfolio. The session reinforced that success requires treating every rental as a business. Attendees received updated dashboards, a crisis-handling cheat sheet, and a schedule for upcoming quarterly online refresher training.
The masterclass arrives as Metro Manila's rental market shifts. With high interest rates and evolving work arrangements, more Filipinos are choosing to lease rather than buy, creating greater demand for professional rent managers. Rent.ph has positioned itself at the forefront of this trend, offering not just a listing platform but a full ecosystem of training, certification, and ongoing support.
The Manila session continued the momentum from Palawan, where a full house of rent managers had gathered the day before. Participants left with new skills, updated Rent.ph dashboards, and a direct line to the platform's support team. The three-city masterclass series will conclude with a Visayas leg later this year, bringing the rental champion training to one of the country's most dynamic tourism hubs.
