From Cebu to Palawan, Bacolod to Gensan, the Filipinohomes team locked in unit managers and salespersons across nine locations, building momentum as the network races toward 150 branches.
Filipinohomes’ Team Red Diamonds wrapped up a busy April with a series of successful contract signings in key growth hubs. From Cebu and Palawan to Bacolod and General Santos City, the network welcomed dozens of unit managers and salespersons in a coordinated push ahead of May. The 30‑day signing spree was nearly nationwide.
Team Red Diamonds launched the month’s campaign in Puerto Princesa. Unit managers and salespersons formalized their partnership with Filipinohomes at the FH Palawan Office. The ceremony coincided with the province’s growing real estate appetite, driven by upgraded airport connectivity and rising expat demand.
A second batch signed in Palawan just a week later. The back‑to‑back signings gave the network a stable leadership pipeline on the island. Both ceremonies were followed by immediate onboarding sessions, equipping new unit managers with the tools to lead field‑ready sales teams.
The team moved to Western Visayas, holding a contract signing at the FH Bacolod Office. Unit managers and salespersons joined the network amid a housing boom fueled by SMDC’s 4,000‑unit regional inventory and strong overseas Filipino worker interest in affordable homeownership.
A Saturday‑morning ceremony at the Laurel Main Office locked in another batch of unit managers and salespersons. The signing took place as Gensan saw two major infrastructure catalysts advance: the ₱2.33‑billion Palengke Heneral PPP and a proposed $1.2‑billion AI‑powered cargo hub at the city’s airport. Together, these projects are expected to heat up residential and commercial land values across South Cotabato.
Cebu hosted the most frequent signings. A unit manager contract signing on April 16 was followed by a Cebu batch on April 22. A third wave signed on April 25, adding more leaders and salespersons to the network’s home‑base province. Throughout the month, FH Cebu offices also signed multiple unit managers, giving the network one of its deepest benches in the Visayas. Housing data for early 2026 showed why: residential lot prices in Metro Cebu have been rising at an average of 7 percent annually, and premium condo demand remains high.
Iloilo rounded out the month with a dedicated signing for Team Red Diamonds unit managers. The ceremony coincided with a growing number of short‑term rental investors entering the city, where Airbnb revenue climbed 18.8 percent year‑on‑year in 2026. In Dumaguete, a contract signing added fresh agents to one of the network’s fastest‑growing provincial bases, supported by that city’s recognition as the safest destination in the Philippines for 2026.
The Luzon front was not neglected. Team Red Diamonds sealed its Cavite contract signing on the same day as the Gensan ceremony. The signing strengthened the network’s presence in the province, where the LRT‑1 Cavite extension is set to become operational by the fourth quarter of 2027 and full CALEX completion is expected later this year.
Each contract signing grants new unit managers and salespersons access to Filipinohomes’ national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems. The team has already begun onboarding the new members, integrating them into the network’s multi‑listing platform and linking them with developer partners such as Megaworld, Cebu Landmasters, and WeeComm.
The April sweep gives Filipinohomes a larger, more geographically dispersed sales force as the network counts down to its 150‑branch target. With major infrastructure projects advancing across the country and residential demand holding firm, Team Red Diamonds is positioned to help meet the rising appetite for quality housing in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao alike.
