Filipinohomes’ Team VIP conducted a new agents orientation and Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) product knowledge seminar at the network’s Puerto Princesa office on May 2, 2026. The training reinforced CLI’s presence in Palawan, where its Casa Mira Towers is scheduled for completion this year and a ₱14‑billion 2026 capex funds region-wide residential projects.
PUERTO PRINCESA CITY – Team VIP of Filipinohomes held a new agents orientation alongside a product knowledge seminar for Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) on May 2, 2026, at the network’s Palawan office, equipping fresh recruits with essential selling skills and an in‑depth look at the developer’s residential portfolio in the province.
The afternoon session aimed to onboard first‑time real estate professionals while sharpening their understanding of CLI’s flagship projects, sales strategies, and buyer financing options. Attendees gained hands‑on guidance on client prospecting, presentation techniques, and leveraging Filipinohomes’ national multi‑listing platform to match homebuyers with CLI’s growing inventory.
A developer deepening its Palawan footprint
CLI, the leading real estate developer in the Visayas and Mindanao, has made Palawan a strategic growth area. The company’s maiden project in the province, Casa Mira Towers Palawan, is a seven‑tower residential development in the heart of Puerto Princesa valued at ₱6.4 billion. The first three towers – comprising Phase 1 with 721 units – sold out in less than a year, generating ₱2.1 billion in reservation sales. Phase 1 is on track for completion in 2026, while the newly launched Tower 4 is expected to be finished in 2027 and will add fresh inventory for CLI. The project offers studio units (20 sqm) priced between ₱2.1 million and ₱3 million, and one‑bedroom units (28–32 sqm) ranging from ₱2.6 million to ₱3.5 million, making economic housing accessible for young couples, start‑up families, and young professionals.
CLI’s growth momentum extends beyond Palawan. In 2025, the company posted record residential reservations of ₱24.6 billion, up from ₱16.9 billion the previous year. It launched more than 4,500 residential units worth approximately ₱31.3 billion across Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Palawan, and General Santos, achieving a 91 percent sell‑out rate across completed, ongoing, and newly launched projects. For 2026, CLI has allocated ₱12 billion to ₱14 billion in capital expenditures, with 60–70 percent earmarked for project development. The developer has also secured a 70‑hectare property in Dasmariñas, Cavite for a mixed‑use township that will deliver about 6,000 homes in multiple phases, marking its entry into the Luzon market. Recurring income from its hospitality and leasing segments rose 57 percent last year, supported by an expanded hotel room inventory of 797 units and gross leasable area of 71,000 square meters.
Puerto Princesa continues to attract buyer interest, buoyed by Palawan’s status as a premier tourism and investment destination. The city’s short‑term rental market reported a median revenue of ₱283,000 (February 2025–January 2026) with an occupancy rate of 40 percent, signaling solid demand for residential properties that can serve both end‑users and investors. CLI’s sustained sell‑out performance in the province reinforces the viability of economic housing in gateway cities like Puerto Princesa, where improved infrastructure and rising visitor arrivals are expected to support long‑term appreciation.
For the new agents and existing Team VIP members who attended the CLI product knowledge session, the training equipped them with up‑to‑date information on project specifications, financing packages, and the unique selling points of well‑located residential towers. Participants will now be able to more effectively guide prospective buyers through the purchase process, whether they are first‑time homeowners or overseas Filipino workers looking to invest in a high‑growth region.
By conducting the dual orientation and product knowledge seminar, Filipinohomes strengthened its local sales force just as CLI accelerates project completions and broadens its Palawan pipeline. With Phase 1 of Casa Mira Towers set to be turned over in 2026 and the company’s ₱14‑billion capex backing new residential launches, Team VIP is well‑positioned to help meet the province’s rising demand for quality, budget‑friendly housing backed by the resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
