Wiretoppers’ Xfactor sub‑team held a contract signing at the Filipinohomes Bohol office in late April 2026. The afternoon ceremony added fresh sales agents to the network’s growing roster as the Wiretoppers group now counts 76 new agents nationwide. Panglao’s airport capacity targets 2.5 million passengers by December and PrimaryHomes reports stable provincial demand.
BOHOL – The Wiretoppers group continued its nationwide expansion in the final days of April 2026 when its Xfactor sub‑team held a contract signing for its Bohol branch at the Filipinohomes Bohol office. The afternoon ceremony added a fresh batch of sales agents to the network’s growing provincial roster, reinforcing the team’s presence in the province.
Wiretoppers has been systematically building its agent network across key growth areas. As of the latest tally, the group now counts 76 new agents across its sub‑teams nationwide, with the Bohol signing adding to the momentum of simultaneous contract signings and recruitment drives in other regions.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Bohol
The Xfactor signing follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in the province. On May 2, Team VIP held its contract signing at the same office, adding another team to the province’s expanding roster . Earlier in the month, CLI conducted a Train the Trainers Part 2 session at Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao, deepening product knowledge on the ₱5.3‑billion beachfront community. The network has also been actively building its presence through training seminars and leadership meetings, creating a steady pipeline of newly accredited salespersons ready to serve Bohol’s residential market.
Why Bohol is a 2026 real estate magnet
Bohol’s property market continues to draw sustained interest. Homegrown developer PrimaryHomes Inc. reported that its residential projects in Bohol and Cebu continue to post stable demand, as investors and buyers shift focus to capital preservation and long‑term assets amid global uncertainties . In Panglao, Royal Oceancrest Panglao is already operational, with a second development transitioning to unit turnover . The developer noted that earlier phases were sold during the pandemic, with construction continuing through that period, reflecting the company’s ability to deliver projects across market cycles.
At the same time, the national Expanded 4PH Program remains active in the province, providing qualified first‑time homebuyers – including overseas Filipino workers – access to Pag‑IBIG housing loans at a subsidized 3% annual rate for up to 10 years, the lowest in the market .
Tourism infrastructure powers property demand
Bohol’s connectivity is being rapidly upgraded. Panglao International Airport has transitioned into private‑sector management under Aboitiz InfraCapital, a move expected to unlock a ₱5‑billion improvement plan. The facility will see phased redevelopment aiming to raise passenger capacity from 2 million to 2.5 million annually by year‑end, with further expansion to 3.9 million by 2030 . The Department of Transportation and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines approved the reconfiguration work plans in March 2026, including layout changes, a revised security plan and additional equipment .
On May 2 – the same day Team VIP signed its contract at the Filipinohomes Bohol office – a chartered flight from Tokyo carrying 163 Japanese tourists touched down at the airport under a Cebu Pacific service . Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado called the flight “a very important step” toward making direct Japan‑Bohol connections regular . The flight was chartered by JTB Asia Pacific Corporation with support from the Bohol provincial government and tourism stakeholders .
Hospitality benchmarks are also rising. The MGallery Collection unveiled a new luxury beachfront resort on Panglao’s shores, aimed at high‑end domestic and international travelers. Bellevue Resort earned dual recognition as Bohol’s first halal‑certified and DOT‑accredited Muslim‑friendly accommodation . Together, these developments are expected to drive both visitor arrivals and investor interest in well‑located residential and mixed‑use properties.
Strengthening the local sales force
For the Xfactor sub‑team, the contract signing grants its newly affiliated unit managers and salespersons full access to Filipinohomes’ national property database and developer partnerships. The team will undergo onboarding, including training on the network’s multi‑listing platform and integration with developer partners such as PrimaryHomes Inc. and other major players in the province.
With Bohol’s airport upgrades advancing, residential demand holding firm, and the Wiretoppers group now counting 76 agents nationwide, the late‑April signing positions the Xfactor team to help meet rising demand for quality housing on the island, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
