Over 25 new salespersons signed their contracts with the Wiretoppers team on May 4, 2026, at the Filipinohomes Mango Office along Mango Avenue in Cebu City. The signing adds to the network’s growing roster as Cebu pushes a ₱23‑billion infrastructure plan and condominium take‑up rates remain robust.
CEBU CITY – The Wiretoppers team of Filipinohomes expanded its sales force on May 4, 2026, with a contract signing for over 25 new salespersons at the network’s Mango Office along Mango Avenue. The late‑afternoon session, which began at 5:00 PM, formalized the affiliation of the new recruits, granting them full access to Filipinohomes’ national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems. The Wiretoppers group, which now counts 76 agents across its nationwide sub‑teams and counting, continues to add fresh talent in key provincial hubs as part of the network’s push toward 150 branches.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Cebu
The May 4 Cebu signing follows a string of Filipinohomes events in the province over the past two weeks. On April 22, Team LR Direct held a contract signing at the Filipinohomes Cebu main office, adding another group to the network’s home‑base roster. On April 28, Team X‑Factor Direct sealed its contract at its dedicated Cebu office, further strengthening the network’s presence in the country’s second‑largest real estate market. Just days earlier, on April 25, Team Red Diamonds also signed its third Cebu batch of unit managers and salespersons, underscoring the sustained recruitment drive across multiple teams.
Cebu continues to draw sustained investor interest across residential and commercial segments. According to Colliers Philippines, the Visayas‑Mindanao region posted an 87‑percent condominium take‑up rate in the first quarter of 2026, with house‑and‑lot developments reaching 92 percent and lot‑only projects at 86 percent. Colliers research director Joey Roi Bondoc noted that 17 percent of household remittances in the first quarter were allocated to real estate investments, underscoring the strength of buyer demand even amid global headwinds.
The Cebu provincial government has also signaled a massive infrastructure push. On May 3, the Provincial Development Council endorsed 126 infrastructure projects worth ₱23.2 billion, including dams, bypass roads, and flyovers. Five dam projects, each costing ₱1 billion, are planned along major river systems in Talisay City, Liloan, Mandaue City, Consolacion, and Danao City as part of the Metro Cebu Flood Control Master Plan. The infrastructure pipeline also includes the proposed Talisay‑Minglanilla‑Naga (TaMiNa) Bypass Road and multiple flyovers designed to ease congestion across Metro Cebu.
The sports and lifestyle sector is also expanding. Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) partnered with Manila‑based GV Sports Facilities Corp. to build Masters Ballpark by Gameville, a ₱100‑million sports and lifestyle hub within The Pad Co‑Living complex along Banilad Road. Scheduled to open in December 2026, the facility will feature Cebu’s only publicly rentable twin wooden basketball courts (one air‑conditioned), a weights facility, a recovery center, a sports merchandise store, dining spaces, and an on‑site barbershop. The location near Cebu IT Park and Cebu Business Park is expected to provide easier access to residents, office workers, and nearby communities.
The housing sector continues to benefit from the national Expanded 4PH Program. Pag‑IBIG held its first Visayas Housing Fair in Cebu City from April 30 to May 1, featuring 47 developers and more than 20,000 housing units purchasable through the agency’s subsidized 3‑percent interest rate for first‑time homebuyers.

For the 25+ new salespersons who signed on May 4, the contract marks the official start of their career with Wiretoppers. They will undergo onboarding, including training on Filipinohomes’ multi‑listing platform and integration with developer partners active in Cebu’s residential and mixed‑use segments. With the province’s infrastructure pipeline advancing, residential demand holding firm, and a new sports complex on the horizon, the fresh recruits are well positioned to help meet the rising demand for quality housing in Metro Cebu, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
