Updated Apr 25, 2026

Filipinohomes welcomed a fresh batch of aspiring real estate professionals through a New Agents’ Orientation held on April 25, 2026, at its Bulacan office. The session focused on equipping participants with industry fundamentals as the province positions itself as a prime growth corridor driven by the New Manila International Airport (NMIA) and major housing projects.
BULACAN – Filipinohomes expanded its training footprint in Central Luzon by holding a New Agents’ Orientation at its Bulacan office on April 25, 2026, welcoming a fresh batch of aspiring real estate professionals. The session was designed to equip participants with essential sales techniques, client management skills, and access to the network’s national property database.
The event aligns with Filipinohomes’ aggressive nationwide expansion, which aims to reach 150 branches. Bulacan is a key focus area, as it continues to attract major infrastructure investments that have transformed the province into a booming real estate market.
A Career Launchpad for New Agents
The orientation provided participants with a structured introduction to the real estate industry. Topics included prospecting, digital marketing, client servicing, and compliance with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) regulations. Attendees also learned how to leverage Filipinohomes’ multi‑listing platform.
The training was part of the network’s ongoing commitment to professional development. New agents who completed the orientation are now eligible for accreditation and can begin working with the network’s developer partners.
Why Bulacan Is a 2026 Real Estate Hub
Bulacan’s transformation into a prime real estate corridor is anchored by massive infrastructure projects. Construction of the New Manila International Airport (NMIA) in Bulakan town is now underway, with the first phase scheduled for completion by late 2028. The initial phase will feature two parallel runways and a modern terminal capable of handling 35 million passengers annually, with long‑term plans to expand capacity to 100 million. The airport has already triggered a surge in land values and investment across the province.
Major residential developments have also been launched under the national government’s Expanded 4PH Program. The Bocaue Bulacan Manor project features 11 mid‑rise residential buildings with more than 4,000 housing units, while a separate 33‑building development in the province will generate over 11,000 condominium‑type homes. Another major development, Americana Residences, a five‑story residential‑commercial building featuring a condotel design, is rising beside the new Meycauayan City Hall.
The anticipated SJ Nexus Smart City, a 121‑hectare premier smart township in San Jose Del Monte, is envisioned as the Philippines’ leading eco‑health community. Additionally, Ayala Land is developing Altaraza in San Jose del Monte, a large‑scale mixed‑use estate within the NUVALI growth corridor, and Primeworld Land broke ground on Primeworld Meadows in San Ildefonso on January 10, 2026.
Economic and Market Indicators
The province’s residential market posted an 82 percent take‑up rate in the vertical segment by the end of 2025, with price appreciation hitting a compound annual growth rate of up to 11 percent. Property prices in the Central Luzon growth corridors are expected to increase by approximately 5 to 9 percent over the course of 2026. The Development Bank of the Philippines has also approved a ₱2‑billion loan to accelerate affordable housing projects in Bulacan and neighboring areas.
Strengthening the Local Sales Force
With the orientation completed, the newly trained agents will be assigned to team leaders for mentorship. They will gain access to Filipinohomes’ national property developer partners, enabling them to serve a growing pool of buyers and investors. As Bulacan’s infrastructure projects move forward and the demand for professional real estate services rises, the new agents are positioned to capture a share of one of the country’s fastest‑growing property markets.
