Filipinohomes agents completed a CLI Jumpstart training in Puerto Princesa on June 3, building expertise on Casa Mira Towers Palawan amid the province's infrastructure and tourism boom.
PALAWAN — Filipinohomes agents and brokers gathered at the network's Palawan office on June 3, 2026, for a Cebu Landmasters Inc. Jumpstart training session with a Train‑the‑Trainers component. The afternoon program, which began at 2 p.m., equipped local real estate professionals with advanced product knowledge on CLI's residential pipeline, enabling them to cascade accurate information to their respective teams.
The session covered project specifications, financing packages, buyer qualification guidelines, and updated sales materials for CLI's active projects in Palawan. Senior agents practiced delivering the material to peers through breakout exercises. CLI representatives provided feedback on pacing, emphasis areas, and frequently asked buyer questions, ensuring participants could confidently lead future training sessions within their own teams.
CLI Deepens Palawan Footprint
Cebu Landmasters continues to expand its presence in Puerto Princesa. Its maiden project, Casa Mira Towers Palawan, is a ₱3.8‑billion, seven‑tower development in Barangay San Pedro. Sixty percent of the 2.09‑hectare property is dedicated to open space, featuring a clubhouse, pools, gym, chapel, roof gardens, a sky lounge, and an EV charging station.
Following the recent groundbreaking of Tower 5, CLI announced two additional towers, adding 567 more units to meet strong demand. The project offers studio and one‑bedroom units from 20 to 32 square meters, with select units featuring balconies and scenic views. The Jumpstart training ensured Filipinohomes agents can accurately present Casa Mira Towers' features and financing options to prospective buyers.
The June 3 session follows a series of Filipinohomes training events in Palawan. On May 30, the office hosted a PhilSouth Properties product knowledge seminar. On May 22, agents attended an ACRES orientation and a Casa Mira Towers update led by CLI. On May 14, DataLand conducted a refresher seminar.
These sessions, combined with recent contract signings and a Rent Managers pinning ceremony, have built a steady pipeline of trained, accredited salespersons. The Train‑the‑Trainers format adds a multiplying effect, enabling senior agents to transfer expertise to junior recruits efficiently. The network is ensuring that its Palawan sales force is among the best‑informed in the market.
The training came as Palawan's property market is lifted by major catalysts. A Korean consortium has secured an $82.9‑million contract for a new Puerto Princesa international airport, with design starting this quarter. The Busuanga Airport runway upgrade is on track for completion by December 2026, expanding capacity from 200 to 1,000 passengers.
Megaworld's 462‑hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente is advancing, with two hotels adding over 600 rooms. The PEZA‑cleared Palawan Mega Ecozone awaits presidential proclamation. Tourism promotions targeting luxury cruises and MICE events continue to generate secondary demand for short‑term rentals and well‑located residential projects. These infrastructure and tourism developments drive sustained housing demand across the province.
For the Filipinohomes agents who completed the Jumpstart session, the Train‑the‑Trainers format provided practical experience delivering CLI's selling points and handling buyer objections. Senior agents are now qualified to train junior recruits, ensuring product knowledge cascades efficiently through the local sales force.
With CLI adding more towers, a new international airport advancing, and Megaworld's coastal township progressing, Palawan offers a dynamic property market. The June 3 session positioned Filipinohomes agents to meet rising demand, backed by the resources of the country's largest real estate network.
