Filipinohomes Pampanga oriented new agents on September 16 with Chris Malazarte, focusing on trust-based selling and digital tools for Central Luzon's growing market.
PAMPANGA — Filipinohomes Pampanga held a New Agents Orientation on September 16, 2026, led by founding partner Chris Malazarte. The session equipped recruits with trust-based selling strategies and digital tools, preparing them for Central Luzon's booming property market as MRT-7 nears completion.
A Future-Proof Approach to Brokerage
Malazarte, also national president of the Accredited Real Estate Salespersons of the Philippines and Rent.ph co-founder, brought decades of industry experience to the orientation. The session focused on three core pillars: trust-based selling, digital tools, and relationship-driven service.
New agents are challenged to move beyond transactional mindsets and position themselves as long-term partners to their clients. Transparency in every transaction was emphasized as the foundation for credibility and referrals.
The training also demonstrated how platforms for lead generation, virtual tours, and automated follow-ups can amplify human connection rather than replace it. Malazarte stressed that technology should support, not substitute for, genuine client relationships.
Practical Skills for Real-World Success
The orientation included hands-on modules on prospecting, client handling, and compliance with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development regulations. Participants practiced using Filipinohomes' national multi-listing platform and learned how to access the network's database of over 600 accredited developers.
Malazarte guided recruits through the structured onboarding process, including starter kit training, dashboard registration, and preparation for advanced programs. Each new agent received a clear roadmap for earning their first six-figure commission.
Pampanga's Booming Real Estate Landscape
The orientation unfolded against remarkable growth in Pampanga's property market. The province posted an 82 percent take-up rate in the vertical segment by end-2025, with price appreciation hitting a compound annual growth rate of up to 11 percent. Prices are projected to rise five to nine percent in 2026.
MRT-7 is a major catalyst. The rail line connecting San Jose del Monte to North Avenue is over 85 percent complete, with partial operations expected by 2027. It will cut travel time between Quezon City and Bulacan from three hours to roughly 35 minutes.
Pampanga's proximity to Metro Manila and Clark International Airport makes it a magnet for investors and homebuyers. The province continues to attract major developers and commercial locators, further strengthening its property market.
Building on Recent Momentum
The September 16 orientation follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in Pampanga. On July 23, Malazarte led a brokerage orientation titled "The Future of Brokerage." On July 22, the network held a New Agents Orientation themed "Winning in Real Estate," followed by a Team VS strategic meeting.
On June 16, Filipinohomes hosted WeeComm at its Pampanga office, reinforcing the alliance between the network and the developer. These consecutive events reflect Filipinohomes' sustained commitment to agent development in Central Luzon.
Empowering the Next Generation
For participants, the orientation marked their first step with Filipinohomes. They will be assigned to team leaders for mentorship and undergo further training, including product knowledge seminars and digital marketing workshops.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward 150 branches nationwide, events like this ensure a steady pipeline of trained agents ready to serve one of the country's fastest-growing property corridors. With MRT-7 reshaping accessibility and prices climbing, the timing is ideal.
