Filipinohomes Palawan agents attended a CLI product knowledge seminar on July 22, mastering Casa Mira Towers’ features, financing, and market context ahead of Phase 1 turnover.
PALAWAN — Filipinohomes Palawan agents gathered at the network’s office on July 22, 2026 for a product knowledge seminar dedicated to Cebu Landmasters Inc.’s growing portfolio. The session provided up‑to‑date expertise on the developer’s residential projects as the local property market accelerates alongside transformative public infrastructure.
Mastering the Casa Mira Blueprint
The training centered on Casa Mira Towers Palawan, CLI’s first vertical development in the province. Agents absorbed the details of the seven‑tower, ₱3.8‑billion complex situated on a 2.09‑hectare site in Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa. The master plan designates a remarkable 60 percent of the property to open space, a standout feature in the affordable condominium category.
Resort‑style amenities were a key focus. Participants learned to highlight the swimming pool, fitness gym, chapel, clubhouse, roof gardens, and an electric vehicle charging station during client consultations. The session also drilled into unit configurations ranging from 20 to 32 square meters, with select units offering balconies and views of Palawan’s landscape.
Financing modules gave agents the numbers they need. Trainers walked through updated sample amortization tables for studio and one‑bedroom units. Agents were also briefed on Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized 3 percent interest rate under the Expanded 4PH Program, making it easier to present affordable monthly payments to first‑time buyers and OFWs.
CLI’s commitment to Palawan continues to deepen. The developer recently broke ground on Tower 5 and announced two additional towers, adding 567 more units to meet surging demand. Phase 1 delivery is on track for this year, ensuring newly trained agents have fresh inventory to offer.
The seminar underscored how CLI’s expansion aligns with Filipinohomes’ strategy of equipping its sales force with deep product knowledge. Agents left not only with technical specifications but also with a compelling narrative of a trusted VisMin developer now investing heavily in Puerto Princesa. This positions them as informed advisors rather than mere salespeople.
Palawan’s real estate momentum is underpinned by game‑changing public projects. A Korean consortium has secured an $82.9‑million contract to design and build a new international airport in Puerto Princesa. Meanwhile, Busuanga Airport is extending its runway to 2,100 meters and expanding terminal capacity from 200 to 1,000 passengers by mid‑2027.
Major private developers are racing to match the infrastructure timeline. Megaworld is advancing its 462‑hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente, while a PEZA‑cleared mega ecozone awaits presidential proclamation. These catalysts create a steady stream of potential buyers, making the July 22 training a timely investment in agent readiness.
The July 22 seminar is part of a sustained upskilling push. Earlier this month, Team A Palawan held a coaching and Filinvest Land seminar, while Team LRA ICONS welcomed fresh recruits with an onboarding session. On July 8, 30 agents completed a focused session on Casa Mira Towers, and on July 4, Sta. Lucia Land presented its rental pool program.
With detailed knowledge of CLI’s master plan, unit configurations, and financing options, the agents are now prepared to serve buyers with confidence. The session also reinforced ethical client handling and DHSUD compliance, ensuring that every transaction is both smooth and trustworthy. The network’s commitment to continuous learning positions its agents to capture Palawan’s booming property opportunities.
