Emerald Estates Gets Dedicated Water Pipeline

On September 3, Metro Pacific Iloilo Water Inc. and Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., a WeeComm subsidiary, signed an agreement for a new water transmission pipeline. The line will connect Mandurriao Plaza to the subdivision in Barangay Cagbang, Oton.

The 5,137-linear-meter pipeline provides Emerald Estates with a direct, dedicated water connection while strengthening distribution across Mandurriao, Sooc, and nearby areas. Construction targets January 2027, with completion expected within nine months. WeeComm Chief Operating Officer Carson Choa said the project benefits not only the subdivision but all residents along the served route.

Agents reviewed Emerald Estates' residential offerings, including single-attached houses and townhouses with floor areas from 45 to 106 square meters. The community earned Best Housing Development for Visayas at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
